The LCCC Learning Commons, located in the Ludden Library (and online!), has awesome Writing Consultants on staff to help students prepare, plan, and write papers and speeches.
You can also check out NetTutor (under Student Resources in Canvas) for after-hours 24/7 help (this is an outside service contracted with the college and not LCCC-specific tutors).
