The library currently has 4 study rooms and a larger conference room that may be reserved by students on a first come-first serve basis. The process for signing up for a room is as follows:

  • A new sign up sheet is placed outside each room on Sunday that will allow people to start signing up for that week; reservations are generally not scheduled out any further than the current week.
  • Block out the day and time that you would like to reserve the room and put your initials or name there.
  • If you do not show up by 15 minutes after your scheduled time or abandon the room for longer than 15 minutes, your reservation may be forfeit and another group may sign up for the room.
  • Signing up and using the rooms is generally self-service, but if you have a question or concern, please contact the front desk at 307-778-1205.
