The library database CINAHL Complete allows you to limit by nursing journals and or by articles written by a nurse.
- Click on "Advanced Search" under the search box
- After typing in your topic keywords, scroll down to the checkbox for "Any Author is Nurse"
- You can also choose to limit to "Nursing" in the Journal Subset list
ScienceDirect is another good database to use.
- Once again, go to the "Advanced search" linked after the search boxes
- After entering your key topic terms, type "RN" into the Author Affiliation box
